Some tips

First thing first : steady sleeping pattern

Right nutrients closest to nature

Exercise consistently

Drink plenty of water, spread throughout the day

Read something boring or newspaper or even blogs

Sleep when you’re sleepy

Avoid watching movie or any tv shows 60-min before sleep

No caffeine (coffee / tea / soft drink) 4-hour before sleep

Light beverage / drink 1 or 2 hours before sleep

Even some small portion of meat helps a lot

Some suggest milk, well it depends
